BG Christian is a religious educational ministry, permitted to discriminate on the basis of religion. Employment is open to qualified individuals who are Christians of good character. As a requirement of employment, all employees are required to obtain a baseline BCI and FBI background check once every five (5) years*, as long as the employee does not move out of state during that time. *Background check requirements are determined by the Ohio Department of Education.
